Others of my posts still HAVE those option is available.
Any idea wassup?

The system has been logging me out this morning, perhaps that is happening to you too.

It still says I'm logged in, but that particular thread does not allow me to edit my own posts. I just posted another reply there, and the option to edit is unavailable.

I can't explain why that is. I am able to edit the thread, is there a change that you want me to make?

Nah. I just usually go back and correct typos/spelling errors, but nothing substantive to change. Thanks, Rob.

It seems to be just that forum (
Discrete Codes)
I can't edit my posts in that forum either - but I can elsewhere.
If I try to get around the fact that there's no edit button and "cheat" by constructing the url with
Code: Select all
https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/posting.php?mode=editpost&p=xxxxx
where xxxx is the post number, I get the message:
Sorry, but only moderators can edit posts in this forum.

Thanks for the tip Jim, it turns out I had the security set so that you needed to be a moderator to edit posts in that forum, and the X10 forum, for some reason. I have to assume it was a typo when I set the forum up.
Either way, I just fixed it.
