Slingbox PRO how to flash firmware with some interface?

or clear cmos settings if there is anything like that on the mainboard?
Power light is on, pressing and holding reset doesn't restore factory defaults. Connecting network cable reveals that the network port on router or laptop goes up/down constantly. Manually setting lan port speed to 10full/half has no effect. I think my SLingbox is stuck in reboot loop.
