Has anyone converted the below code to a WAV file for use with the URC 8910? If not, can someone do it for us? Thanks! The code is 0082 0015 0089 0004 00F2 0033 0017 0010 0091 0013

That hex code is meaningless out of context like that. Besides, have you checked out this file...
