Can RMIR Add Tone Controls to a URC 3680?

Can RMIR Add Tone Controls to a URC 3680?

I have an Insignia NS-STR514 receiver. I?d love to be able to change bass and treble on it with my URC 3680.

Also, would it be possible to set up input selection on my URC 3680?
