Need Hopper 3 Recall Code - 54.1 remote

Post by 01sporty »

I recently got a Hopper 3 and got the Hopper 3 codes from the file section entered into my URC-6131B00 remote.

Everything is working well except for the recall button. Since this doubles as a delete button, it would be very helpful to have.

I was hoping someone had found the code for this.

Thanks,
Walt

Recall is OBC 27

Make sure your channel lock is set to the Dish device and that you've assigned the function to the correct button.

I had set the OBC 27 code to the Prev button on my remote.
It works fine in the places where you want to recall the previous channel but does not work in the places where Dish is using that button as a delete.

Which button on the Dish remote has the function you want? If Recall does both on Dish but not on your JP1 remote, it’s probably a different code then. Can you learn it so we can see what the code is? You’ll have to put the Dish remote in IR mode if possible.

An older code that is in the 6131 remote is SAT 1005, it has RECALL 108 and RECENT 080 efc's listed:

Got it!
I realized that the Hopper was prompting me to use the Recall button to delete in some places but to use the Blue button in others.

The new remotes have no Blue button so I just automatically used the Recall.

Once I programmed the Blue button (OBC 35) into my 6131, it worked fine.

Thanks for the responses.
