I found this remote control and I want to know if it's possible to program it using this website tools. I could not find the exact model number but the circuit board shows 4 Device Samsung URC-4AXXXXB06

I share the images of the chip and the remote control
By the way, it has a JP 1.3 connector in the back

Is there a 6-pin connector anywhere on the remote, usually in the battery compartment? If so, it should be programmable using JP1.

If there's no connector, it might still be possible to jerry rig one up, but the question then becomes, is it worth it?

Thank you very much for replying. Yes, there's a 6 pin connector in the battery compartment. This remote was given to the local cable company's subscribers back in 2006 and 2007. A few years ago you could still find them in second hand markets.

Then you should be able to program it using JP1, you'll just need a cable. If RMIR doesn't recognize the remote, let us know and we'll help get it up and running.

Do you have any diagram to build a connector cable?

Did you click on the link that I posted? You can buy ready-made cables for under $10. If you want to build your own, check the designs in the file section.
