JP1 Remotes

Hi, I am using Windows 10 20H2, RM 2.12.1, Java 8u271. I already put the "EnhancedPowerManagementEnabled" registry key on 0 for all the USB ID of my Nevo C3 remote. But each time I try to download or upload to the remote, the RM Window get stucked on "Preparing 100%" and nothing else comes, I already wait 1 hour but nothing happen.

I did try downgrading to java 8U171 and no luck

Try using RemoteMaster v2.04 build 10 and the download and upload works just fine.

RemoteMaster v2.06 build5 and newers get stucked on Preparing 100% on status bar

I have a VmWare Windows 8 Virtual Machines and on it using the same RM 2.12.1 and java 8u271 all works just fine.

P.D. before last week the process was working just fine on my Win10 machine.

What can I do to debug the problem and resolve it?

I really don't know what make the magic, but these was I did:

1. * Remove all Java versions on my computer.
   * On device manager remove all hidden USB devices.
   * Running regedit as SYSTEM remove the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB\VID_06E7&PID_8007
   * Restart computer
   * Reinstall Java 8u271
   * Restart computer
   * Plug the remote
   * Change the "EnhancedPowerManagementEnabled" value to 0 on the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB\VID_06E7&PID_8007\XSIGHT.\Device Parameters
   
   * Start Remote Master v2.12.1 and all works like charm
