Memorex MT1194 TV

I found some old CRT TVs but none of them have remotes, so I have been controlling most with imported IRDB libraries and an arduino w/ IR LED.
One TV, however, is not listed in the IRDB database. So I was wondering if there is a way to scan through "Power On" commands in all available protocols to determine which one your device uses?

What is the TV in question, we might have a code for it.

IrScrutinizer does not have said functionality. It is also not planned.
There are codes for Memorex TVs on several places on the internet, including this site.

We have a code for a Memorex MT1196A "Closed Caption Decoder" TV, have you tried that?
