Good morning everyone, I haven't written on this forum for a some times, however, unfortunately 2 days ago, my PC with Windows 7 is died, and I had to buy a new PC with Windows 10, I have installed the Remote Master version 2.10 software, but unfortunately I can't connect the remote, and the pc shows a message of power management
