Hi,

I have 3 devices in the General tab. The remote is ARRX15G

When I select the first device and enter the Device Update editor everything is good.

But when I go into any other device and then click on the Layout tab, the screen is messed up. As I move the mouse around bits and pieces start to appear but I cannot get the image on the left, or the list on the right.

If I move another device to to the #1 spot it does not fix the problem.

Hi

I fixed it!

I factory reset my remote.
Uploaded the remote to the computer and saved as blank image.
then proceeded to add all the devices and setup the programming.

Not sure went wrong the first time.
