JP1 Remotes

I've read and tried installing about everything i could think of to make a custom remote and bin file for the Thorstream Elite Media Player! I do have the same media payer downloaded and working perfect on my Harmony 650 Any help would be more than appreciated! im pretty positive i have the control commands in a file on the media player its self but Fried my brain trying to get the Remote Master software to open correct Many Thanks in advance and im attempting this for the sling box 350 with IR Blaster

Did it control your device OK ?

It controls my device yes.. The only 2 issues I've found are the ok button to select on something doesn't work but I can select by pressing the guide button! I was actually just trying to configure the custom Remote 8 listed in the How to replace remote with a generic customizable image! That remote is very close to the factory remote for my Thorstream! If there's a way to upload or send a picture of my original, the Button placement would work perfectly. Also I'm not able to use any navigational on my PHONE at all..

OK. Getting a correct image can really be done ONLY if Sling have produced the image, otherwise it is a huge amount of work. And I can't explain the phone, the BIN file is stored in the Slingbox so if the arrow buttons work on one device they should work on all devices.

Now that the Bin has been created, is it alot of work to set up the generic customizable one on placeshiftingenthusiasts.com/customising-the-remote-image-on-your-slingplayer/

If its alot of work then I completely understand and I'm able to work with what you've already setup.. and even being I think with a few missing links to the puzzle I may be able to create this one but your the expert so I more than value your opinions

There's a very similar Remote that even has the custom buttons on the control. Also says that the writing on the buttons are also customizable.. Is that true and how difficult would that be?

It's all covered in the instructions. Have you not read them ?

Yes sir I sure have..and I am going to attempt to configure it but I have the Bin file of the one you programmed but I do not have all the codes for the new button commands but I believe with enough research I will accomplish it

If you want the GUIDE function copied to the OK button, we can do that.
