JP1 Remotes

I am a newbie. When I am looking at a device upgrade some of the functions are printed in red, and some are printed in black. What is the difference between a function printed in red text, vs a function printed in black text? Thanks for the help.

Red ones have not been assigned to a button. As a newbie, if you want to use a particular function, assign it to a button.
