7. Checked the file section? Yes - only Slingbox bin file available ( https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=13702 ). I need RMDU file.
8. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C)? Yes
9. Partially working setup code? No
10. Learning remote question? I'm not sure how to create an upgrade. I was hoping that the Slingbox BIN file could be converted to an RMDU file.
11. Have you tried the JP1 Lookup Tool? Yes
12. If you have a Nevo (or similar) remote, have you tried ez-rc.com or simpleset.com? N/A

I don't know how I missed it in the forum.

Although the OTT is very similar to what I own, it appears that the remote codes are not the same. Logitech's database lists my device as:

Manufacturer: Quick Play
Model: MXQ Pro

There are likely several similar devices made in different factories in China. If you ever get the chance to see several of these almost-identical devices together then have a look at the USB and Ethernet ports as some are "upside-down" when compared to others.

I have seen and decoded some of the signals for two such devices - the first was NEC1, Dev 128 and the second was NEC1, Dev 1. Interestingly, the remote that came with this second device had learning capabilities on a few buttons (TV Power, TV IN, Vol+ and Vol-) making the overall package extremely sophisticated for something costing in the region of US$40. I have since seen another similar device which appears to use either a different protocol or a different Device Number. Perhaps there are as many variants of this device as there are Pokémon.
