I will help you, and also tell you how to do it, in case it helps you or others do it yourselves in the future.
So, the starting point is the bin file that Alan created for the Chunghwa MOD303 here:

If you search our file section, you'll see that he also posted an RM file for it here:
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=11601
You can download that RM file and open it using RM. I was expecting it to be using a non-repeating version of an executor, but I see that this file uses the regular NEC1 executor, so I assume this is what Alan used to create the original bin file and he probably forgot to upload the modified RMDU file.
Ok, so that means, all I have to do is generate a new bin file using this RMDU file and you should be good to go. Here's how you generate a bin file.
1. First, make sure you have your version of Slingbox selected as your "remote" and make sure the buttons are all assigned as you want them.
2. Go to Advanced > Export Binary Upgrade
