Rookie needs help w/ interface question

This is the JP1 beginners forum. There's no such thing as a stupid question in here, so post away, but this forum is just for JP1 users and people considering JP1, non-JP1 users please use the appropriate forum above!

I checked the diode at least twice...with 2 meters as well. This is dumb, but I checked driver and it said serial/parallel was OK and USb is not found, as expected.

I tried the interface test to get an exact failure message with my 15-1994 and it said OK!!!

I did a download and it, too was OK. I think I found the "will not work on Saturday" bug. I have not changed anything. Cable was OK since I built it. Will try 2117 next. I have now added rptv to the 15-1994 and discrete works!TIA
