Well, I got it compressed down to 14.8MB for download here:

I have the ability to modify the layout a bit if needed. Things such as adding a header and/or footer, applying a style sheet, etc can be done. If you have any changes you'd like I will re-generate the pages. Also, all of the original e-mail addresses have been removed (or at least the domain names have) so we don't have to worry about spam.

I did start to download it once, but it tried to dump it to my desktop so I aborted it, then when I went to try it again later, the URL didn't work anymore.
