TV/0885 uses NEC1 dev 1. The other TV codes in the DTV remotes that also use NEC1 with device 1 are:

0717
0857
1282
1328

We have two Westinghouse TV upgrades that also match:

The EFC for the VOL+ button in TV/0885 is 180 (OBC 4). I don't see any codes that use that code for the #4 button.

The thread said vol- was another number, so I made a wild guess that the remote uses OBCs 0 to 9 for numbers 0 to 9 as so many remotes do.

The thread also said the MUTE was power off.

Cool, so we ARE able to send EFC's. Next of course will be keymoves.

It appears that the engineers at Westinghouse like to use the codes in order in OBC order.

I'd like to know if I got the numbers correct, especially zero.

Then start with these and see if they do anything if you do anything. If you find a menu key in here, then you should retry the codes that with the menu up.

STOP! DON'T GO!

What did what!!!!! We need that information so that we can help other people.

If you are familar with the tools, you could create an RDMU file, if not, just give us a list of what does what so we can help everybody that's having trouble with this unit!
