Any way to speed up RS 15-2116 remote?

Thanks so much for trying to help.

I've uploaded three files:

IR file that is using keymap master devices and protocols - This works very slow compared to the next file. (look at the VCR device using the MCE protocol)

IR file that contains learned commands - This works VERY fast. (again, look at the VCR learned commands)

Puzzling. Everything looks fine to me. An expert will have to look at that protocol (RC6-6-32).

It's strange because it's a pretty big difference in speed.

Could you protocol be sending out repeat signals for every button press where-as the learned protocol is only sending out one signal?

EDIT: It also stinks that I can't use learned signals with the extenders
