Thanks Dave
The Insignia upgrade is working for the Insignia NS-39DF310NA21.

The code for Play Station Vue selects Hulu
The code for HBO GO selects Disney+
All the discretes work
Info doesn’t work (on this model)

Purchased a new Pioneer LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV and pulled the codes from the remote for my own personal backup. Most values match the ones dumped by mdavej.
Model PN43951-22U
Remote CP-RC1NA-22

Unfortunately, the discrete inputs and the number buttons doesn't work. Channel +/- is different. Anyone have alternative discrete inputs codes? The smart menu is a pain to navigate and slow. :(
Function values are all hex=xx 20

We'll probably need to wait for someone to get this TV who has a JP1 remote, so they can try the gap OBCs and report back.

That's because you are using the NEC 4Dev Combo executor when the simple NEC1 executor would suffice,
like this.

My friend gave me a Toshiba
43LF621U19 and I loaded this upgrade into my URC3680 and the input discrete buttons work fine not really into streaming services so I didn't try those functions.
So anyway I guess this Toshiba 43" uses slightly different firmware than the Insignia versions do.
Anyway I'm happy with the TV so far and I'm glad that this can actually use an IR remote as I hate those small voice remote I don't talk to my inanimate objects LoL!
PS: If you ever factory reset the TV you WILL NEED the voice remote so I removed the batteries and put it in a place with the rest of my OEM remotes
