I sent in two 6131n remotes, and they sent me back two older ones (6131) because they do not have 6131n anymore. They work just fine.

The address and phone number changed:

800-252-6123

Hello, actually, the above listed 800 number is incorrect. I called it, and they had no idea what One For all was. Audiovox has apparantly, and unfortunatly bought OFA out, as customer service for OFA is now garbage. The only thing they offer is an email address for support, which provides no way to get an upgrade downloaded into the remote over phone. unless maybe they send you the wav file.

FYI,

Customer service can still be reached by phone at: (330) 405 8626.

It may get pricey being on hold, but they will call back if you leave a message. They have been good at sending WAV upgrade files via email, and sent a list of advanced codes for an Aiwa receiver I have as well.

Overall I was very pleased with the customer service.
