My remote looks identical to the one mentioned in the other thread, except mine does not have the branding label at the bottom.
I have done a quick check of the RM file posted in the thread, and a quick check looks like it is working.
So to answer my original post, this is a very easy and inexpensive way to get a Windows Media Center remote (with lots of nice direct buttons) onto JP1.
