Toshiba DVD, need discrete off EFC

Searched high and low...does any one have info on this.

I did find the discrete for "on" in one of the files in jp1/yahoo

Does the discrete On command work?

I have a Toshiba DVD and a macro for Play|Stop=On and Play|Power Toggle=Off. That works VERY reliably. If that discrete On command works then Off is ON|Power Toggle.

Yes the discrete "on" works...EFC 120. I'll try your method for off..tx

On my Toshiba DVD EFC 120 is the Play command but it does turn it On only from Off.

I have a 5109 and on mine EFC120 turns it on...hmm

What is the EFC of your PLAY command?

I'm using VCR/DVD0503 in the setup and it works fine.

Does PLAY turn on the DVD as well..I guess I never tried hitting play before turning it on..perhaps I didn't really find the discrete on after all.

I see now in KM that the values are the same...never bothered looking before...sorry.
