How to send EFCs from an 8810

How to send EFCs from an 8810

I've been inactive here for a couple of years but have bought some new equipment and need to re-program again and I've forgotten how to send EFCs from the 8810 remote. I'm sure there was a way, but I haven't found it in my searches.
