Turns out the urc1056 that I have is one of the Atlas learning remotes.

Unfortunately, the original remote for the tuner only has discrete on and standby. So, while I was able to assign them to A and B, I was not able to chain them into the master power sequence.

I've uploaded a keymap-master file for the RX-V365. It contains all the functions that I found using the EFC search protocol. I did not find a power toggle.
