Anyone in the Provo/UT area with a JP1 flash cable/remote

I have a USB flash jp1.x cable and remote that are not working together and i need to figure out if my problem is with my remote or with the cable. If anyone has a jp1.x flash cable and/or jp1.x flash remote in the provo UT area that could let me borrow it for a few minutes it would really help me out. I can meet with you and test it with my laptop right there or i can borrow it (which ever is easiest) . pm me or respond to this post if you can help.

Let's see if we can help you remotely first.

1) Where did you get the USB cable?
2) What remote are you trying to use it with?
3) Could you use the Remote Signature 983 - Blink back signature to give us the signature of your remote.
