Input Select Protocol Help

I'm using the 6131 Extender 2 Beta extender and would like some help with the Input Select Protocol. I read the Input Select.txt file that came with the extender and looked at the key-moves in the included 6131 Family Room.ir file but I'm not sure how to set up the hex codes. My HTIB has one key to cycle through audio inputs (3 of them) and I'd like to know how to set this up using this special protocol.

It seems that this must be done via the KeyMove section of IR as IR 8.02 doesn't have the VCR/1801 protocol as a parameter type in the Special Protocols tab.
