Locking a function to work on Comcast remote

I have the Comcast 3 in 1 remote and I programmed my PIP key to the sleep function for my Philips TV. How do I make this key work without having to switch to tv mode?

If you used an advanced code:

1. tv
2. press and hold SETUP for two blinks
3. enter 9 9 4
4. tap SETUP for one blink
5. enter advanced code
6. press device key other then tv that you wish to program
7. press unused key
