Hi All - I've been able to use the RM software to help decode the codes needed to create a RID file.
When I go into RIDGen, I type in the Protocol = RC5, Device = 15, EFC = 172 for "0" field, then I hit MakeHex. The program generates:
1) Freqency
2) Duty cycle
3) All the encoding info
4) Repeated bits (lots of 0's and 1' with ='s and +'s)
5) OBC
Question:
There is no initial bits, final bits populated in these fields...is that normal?

Yes, the entire data string repeats for the RC5 protocol.
