Hi Rob,

I would like to have a few of the 6131 (non N). Maybe 5. Do you still have any of these?

Thanks!

URC-6131 still available!

You still have 6131s (non N)! Woot. I purchased one from you several years ago, and it is so popular that we have literally worn it out. What do you charge for two (with JP-1 connector) shipped to California?

Thanks,

JP1 remotes

Post by eterna1venom »

The Robman

Hi Rob,

I'm new to this site and from the looks of it, you've been a great help to a lot of people and i hope you can do the same for me. I recently got a sling box as a gift and i have a sat receiver that is not compatible. I need a Jp1 remote and cable so i can custom create my own remote control.
A user on sling community suggested the URC-8910 learning remote with a JP1 cable but that was way back in 2005?
Do you suggest any other ones. Kindly let me know the model and price and i can make a payment to you via paypal. I'm still looking for one that would help me with the sat box that i have. I'm currently using a sling box pro.
Please help!
Thanks again.

I don't have any cables anymore, so you would need to get one from one of the vendors. I could then sell you a URC-8820 learning remote if you want.

Of course, if you mention what SAT you have, we might have an upgrade for it already.

I have the sonicview SV-360 Premier. I did some search and found a file for the SV-360 Elite version, i don;t know if it's the same.
If i were to try this,..would i just need to upload the file to the remote master? or would i need to get a remote and reconfigure the whole thing again through IR.exe?

Looking for jp1 (classic?) compatible remote

Post by joshtx »

I have a dearly loved Cinema 7 (URC 7800) that is in its last days, some button take any presses to register, if they will at all). I have the old JP1 parallel cable that I've been using for years (which I assume is not JP1.x compatible). Assuming nobody has a Cinema 7 they would part with, do you have a remote that would work with my cable?

I have the URC-6131 and URC-6131n. Neither are learning remotes, but maybe you can keep the URC-7800 just for learning from other remotes.

URC 9911

Post by skoopman »

I have a URC 9911 with the RF Base. I lost the extender cable that plugs into the RF base. Do you have any remotes with the RF extender?

The URC-9910 has an RF extender (and IR blaster cable, which is I think what you're referring to).

Do you have an extra IR Blaster cable I can buy? I don't need the whole remote.
