That did it! The slingbox is now working with a capital "C"2000! Thank you so much......

Next question, i did investigate with my cable company, and they agreed to upgrade my STB in the hopes it would fix the slingbox problem. They are booked to switch my Motorola RG2200, to a Motorola RG2400. Do you think it will still work? Or should I stick with the RG2200 now that it is working.

I can't answer that one as I don't know what the difference is between the two boxes.
