Ease of adding pins to RS 15-100

Post by BillB007 »

Am considering RS 15-100 (closest feel to 15-1994 for Chan and Vol UP-DOWN keys)

Anyway, remote SS states that it has holes with an asterisk that they are located behind the battery compartment

I am reading this that I will have to run discrete wires to the pickoff points (after I determine where they are) and solder both ends.

2nd question is the procuring of the pins.

Anybody who has been through this and care to enlighten me??

Thanks
Bill

Keep in mind also that the 15-100 is JP1.3, so your JP1 cable you may be using with your 1994 won't work.
