I have a Sony LCD, and it has plenty of discrete codes, as is typical for most Sonys.

Here is a list of the discrete codes found for various devices on remotecentral.com:

http://www.remotecentral.com/cgi-bin/files/rcfiles.cgi?area=pronto&db=discrete

You'll have to convert them to use them in the JP1 world, but at this point you can see what's available.

BTW, just having discrete's is not enough in my opinion. For example, my Samsung DLP has discretes but the TV doesn't respond to any remote commands while it is powering up. The delay from a cold start is about 10 seconds. This is horrible when trying to get the family to deal with macros when they don't realize that if you point the remote away that things don't happen.

My RCA responds to commands when the TV is powering up so the macros work much better there.
