Hi,

Deleting 1 as the the entry for the OEM Code on KM has solved the problem and I now have a full ugrade. Thanks for everyones help.

I tried to tidy up the diagnosis area but could not work out how to delete the files no longer required. How can this be done ?

Go to your file (the page that has the DOWNLOAD button on it). If you created the page, there should be a little "X" icon near the upper right hand corner, next to the "EDIT" button. Click the "X".
