The answer to question 10 is inconsistent with your answers to questions 4, 5, and 6.

You have a learning remote.
You have a cable.
You have the original remote.

Learn as many signals as you can from the OEM remote to your 9910 and download from the remote into IR using your cable. There you can read the decoded information on the "Learned Signals" tab and build an upgrade using those data.

If you do not know how to go about any one (or several) of those steps, then ask a specific question. (i.e. how do I learn a signal?

Thanks for your fast support.
Actually, i can see in the manual how to learn signal, however, this is my nfirst new remote and i'm not sure how i can build an upgrade.

So my specific question, is how can i build my own upgrade and if it takes time or not :)?

Thank you.

Thanks for your support. I was actually reading it to upload an existing upgrade to it. When i finish, i'll find what i need.
So, i guess that there is no available upgrade for my remote.
If i can do it (i hope so), i'll upload it for others.

Thanks.

I tested two of them, i think the DV-P511 and DV-P5133, but none of them gives me the best matching for my remote urc-9910.
So, i made my own one but i made one error like using the "mute" button for another command.

I'll upload the file and perhaps others will improve it.

Could you be more specific? Did you at least test to see if anything worked?

If you open the upgrades in either KM or RM you can customize them to your specific model remote and to suit your own personal needs for function assignments, etc.

That's true. Actually, even the power button was not working and was located in the right arrow button. Some buttons are working but not located on their correct place. Perhaps using the RM i could adapt that to my remote, but i guess i preferred to do it by myself for the first time to see if it is difficult or not :).
Thanks again for your technical support, the best i've seen compared to other forums.
