A very simple question.In the beginners section http://www.hifi-remote.com/jp1/help/ is written "To see if your remote is JP1 compatible, open up the battery compartment and see if there's a 6-pin connector in there.If you see 6 holes rather than a 6-pin connector, your remote probably needs extra parts to be JP1 compatible". But how may I know before buying it? I would like to buy an URC-8910,but is it provided with 6-pin connectors by factory or not?

The URC-8910 comes ready to work with a JP1 interface.
In the help section I put up a big picture book of mainstream remotes with comments about various remotes. Take a look.
