Hi guys!
I tried to create a .wav upgrade file using IRToWAV, but as a result I always get 3 secs file... I make it from these files:

Thanks to kupakai I have a .wav for Nokia (last link) which works but its 10 secs length. So mine is definitely wrong.
Also, I tried IR program, but it cant even open none of that files. It says "Wrong character in input".
Any help appreciated.

You need to make an IR file to convert to wave file, not try to directly convert the upgrade files. You should read "Beginners - PLEASE read this thread first." to learn how to use the tools for JP1 remote, but to summarize:
1. First, you need to download and setup various applications and files to make RM, IR and IRToWav work. You need to download RDF and image and map file for at least your remote
2. Open those upgrade files in KM or RM, and change the remote to the model that you have.
3. Change the key assignments to your preference if you want, especially if you get a "Lost function assignment" message.
4. Go to the "Output" tab and press the "Copy" button next to "Device Upgrade Code".
5. Open IR and set it to your remote.
6. Go to "Devices" tab and press "Add" and the paste the code to the top window.
7. Go back to the Output tab in RM and if there are codes for "Upgrade Protocol Code", copy that. Go to IR and go to the "Protocols" tab and press "Add" and paste the upgrade protocol code to the top window.
8. Repeat steps 2-7 for additional upgrades.
9. Go to "File" -> "Export to Wav" to make a wav file.
The tricky part about upgrading with wav file is that it will replace the entire portion of the memory that you created the wav file for. For example, I had previously given you the wav file for just the upgrade memory. That would have erased any upgrade you might have had previously. If you make a new one for another upgrade, that will erase the upgrade you already uploaded to the remote. To have more than one upgrade, you need to have both of the upgrade in the IR file at once and create a wav file of that. If you make a wav file of the entire image, that will also erase the device setup ,keymoves, and learned signals you might have done using the remote keypad and replace it with what you have setup in IR. The setting in the "General" tab needs to be setup correctly and the learned signal re-taught after the upgrade if you want to generate a wav file for the entire image, since there's no way to download the setting from the remote to IR without a JP1 cable.
I hope this is not too confusing, but the beginner's guide above will go in to more detail about the setup and the procedure.
