I need some Advance learning codes so I can teach the remote some of the features that didn't transfer over - specifically some of the input switches.

You will need a jp1 cable because code Aud 1758 in the 6131 doesn't accept advanced codes.

Aud code 1758 in following remotes do accept 5 digit advanced codes: urc-6820, 8820, 10820, and 6690.
