I've built and released RemoteMaster v1.81
Available downloads are: Changes for v1.81
  • RMIR: add JP1 Parallel port interface (Windows and Linux). Requires administrator (Windows) or superuser (Linux) privileges.

Note: Even with the installer for Windows, you must follow steps 4 and 5 of the installation instructions.

This version doesn't like RDF names that do not have spaces between the signature and the "(" describing the remote. RM1.79 didn't care.

The symptom of this is that the remote you are looking for (or had used previously) is not in the list of remotes that RM knows about.

not really an issue for RM, but whomever is using the 9960B01extender that I wrote will have an issue. (a simple rename of the RDF will solve this problem. For some reason I got it right on the 6960 RDF but not on the 9960B01 RDF)
this JP1 stuff is a sickness!
