Loaded up and tested away and the only button that would do anything obvious was Num5 that toggled H/V. I imagine this is POL button on original remote. Assigned it to (cc) button on URC-6692 remote and reloaded the changed 554 file. Works.

I think some "skew" and other motor control buttons might be in the testing file as the dot under the 2 digit channel display blinks (receiving something) but I dont have a C band setup connected to this right now...

Looks like we are still missing a few buttons/functions...any ideas...?

I think original remote could be this :

I have a request into UEI for a complete EFC list for the SAT/0554 setup code. If I get a response I'll post the updated list.

I've got good news and bad news. The good news is that UEI has sent me the complete list of codes for SAT/0554, so I have updated the KM file...

http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=4653

The bad news is that all of these new codes were part of the test upgrade that I created for you, so if the codes were going to work, you would have found them when you tested it.

Hmmm could this be tougher because I am using a URC 6692 B00 and everything says 6690...how different are these....? i think not much...

I loaded up the 554 code and still look like its missing the all important SETUP button...

Thanks

SETUP is EFC 251, OBC 27 and it's assigned to the MENU button.

Pressing MENU does not access the OSD menus on the 350i. Nothing happens. I can see the remote is transmitting but no reaction from the receiver...everything else seems to work. This is odd...

Thanks

My suggestion would be to re-try the experimental upgrade that I created earlier as all of the new button codes that I was given were present in that upgrade.
