JP1.2 interface problem

Hello,

I try to build an JP1.x interface and when i test it with TestGroup, i have the following answer :
tester version 0.00
jp12io.dll version 0.00
Parsing command list file tester.dat
Opened COM1
Opened COM3
Got 45 instead of an ACK!
JP1.2 remote found!

At this time remote seems to be in a sleeping state (pressing button do nothing, no light). If i remove a battery and plug it again, remote is working (start by blinking twice)

I think i have an hardware problem in my interface, does somebody have a idea where ?

i've found that the transistors i used do not have base, collector and emitter placed as the 2N2222. I'll change them.
2N2222 (the "D" is the transistor viewed from top): the one suggested in the pdf
