I uploaded the R15 RM file into my remote for use with the HR20. The menu button is wrong. The MENU button brings up what the ACTIVE button does on the actual HR20. So, this is one button that is not compatible. Does anyone know what the EFC or HEX is for the HR20's RC23/RC24 remote for the MENU button?

I just tried this KM file but the 30s skip and skipback don't seem to work. Also, is there a key for the "dash"?thinker wrote:http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=2956
should be the newer file with fixes.
Downloaded, but not working right
Hello all,
I downloaded the new HR20 RMDU file at the following link. http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=3623
I am using the URC-9910 with extender, I uploaded it to my remote, and all the buttons seem to point to different functions. I have goen through the RemoteMaster and all seem to be pointing to the right function, but when I use it, the up arrow brings up the menu, and down arrow plays, and well, every button is wrong other then the channel buttons.
Where do I go from here? is it because the RMDU was made for a different remote? or is this a new Version of the HR20?
Thanks for any help in advance!

Hi there, thanks for the reply.
Under remote in the RemoteMaster program I had set it to "URC-9910(New) Extender 1" same as what I used for my Sony receiver, Bravo DVD player. Still getting the mixed up keys.
Should I change the protocols? or try it without the "Upgrade Protocol Code" part?
Not sure what else to try.
Thanks!
Dale
