I have a Jensen JR800 remote that uses the same Setup+9xx sequences that One-For-All remotes use, so I was thinking that maybe it was a OFA remote internally. I took it apart, and there's no place for a JP1 header, however, there is 27C16 EEPROM inside. I took a picture of the board inside and put it here:

Do you think it might work if I could find the right places to attach the JP1 header?
Could Jensen remotes be made to be JP1 programmable?

It might. The board certainly has the "look and feel" of a UEIC board. The most likely stumbling block might be that the precessor RESET line is not available to put the processor to sleep while you "have your way" with the EEPROM. There are ways around that, but first you need to download the EEPROM and post it here so someone can try and tell if it's JP1 compatible. This should not be tried unless you are technically experienced and good with a soldering iron. If you are determined, send me your email address via a PM message, give me some idea of your technical level of understanding, and I'll try to send you the information you need.
It has a lot of test points, and I will be able to figure out how to solder the pins to the correct points. But you're right about the reset line. I'll bet it has a reset line somewhere, although it may not be obvious. The worst case is that I'll have to cut the two lines from the processor to the EEPROM and install removable jumpers.

If the reset line really isn't exposed, which is quite likely, we came up with a solution for this ages ago. Do a search for "stereo interface" both here and at Yahoo (because it really was quite a while ago). Also check the hardware folder at Yahoo. This was for the 15-1993 remote, I believe.

Rather than doing the whole stereo jack conversion, I cut the traces, soldered wires onto the pins, and shoved the wires into the JP1 cable connector. I was able to read the EEPROM. The results are here:

Absolutely, this is a JP1-able remote. Now, your next step is to use the Advanced > Init to $FF option in IR, which will load all $FFs into the EEPROM. Once you've done this, do a 981 reset on the remote and take another download, this will be what we call a "virgin" download because there won't be any extra user programming in it. Then do a keymove (994) on the remote and take a download. Then learn something and take another download. When you're done, zip the files together with this initial download file and put them in the file section. With this info, we can create a starter RDF for you.
The bad news is that it looks like the EEPROM is just used to store learning, it doesn't look like there's an upgrade section in it.

Looking at the keymoves and macros that have been deleted, it looks like this remote supports what we call "mini macros", which is where you can store multiple macros onto a single button (usually for toggling between favorite channels) but I don't recall how to program those into the RDF.

The macros (and possibly keymoves) are stored in the EEPROM, so you should be able to program those using IR if you like (when the RDF is complete, that is). We won't know if you'll be able to program them to the device buttons until you try to do so and see if it works. At the very least, you should be able to program macros to the shifted device buttons, which you probably cannot do just using the remote.
Even though this remote has the same 2k EEPROM chip that many of the JP1 remotes have, almost all of the memory is used for learning (whereas only 1/2 of the memory is used for learning in regular JP1 remotes) so this remote would be a good one to be used for capturing the signals from other devices as you can capture alot more buttons before the memory runs out. (It looks like you've learned all the buttons for your Tivo in there already).
Another task I'd like you to do when you do the other things that I asked for is, after you've cleaned out the memory, could you program a bunch of macros in order to get the button codes. You'll need to make a note of which buttons are in the macro so I can match the codes to the right buttons.
