Actually, it was even easier: stay with TV/0060 but modify (key move) with IR the required function to be put on the OFA (like PIP and a few others key) based on the extended code from another upgrade (as it looks like a lot of upgrades are based on previous code).
Still a little mystery to me, but, it WORKS
