Radio Shack 15-2133

Post by stephenw4 »

Hello, I am wondering how can I check to see how much memory is installed on the Radio shack's 15-2133 One for All remote since in RM, there is 4 versions of the same remote?

Thanks!

You mean first I run the IR.EXE and do something to find out the remote's capacity by some way?

You Open IR, and connect your remote to your computer via your cable. On IR's General setup page there is a LARGE button labelled "Download From Remote". Click that button, and IR will ... ummm ... download from your remote

If your cable is properly built and properly connected and you have the rdf files unzipped and saved in a directory where IR can find them, IR will download from the remote and automatically identify and select the correct rdf.
