This type of question is better suited to the Code Search Forum, where you should use the required template. (See the link in my sig below to the #1 Code Search FAQ)

Have you tried built-in codes TV/0030, TV/0056 and TV/0178? (DVD/0672 might also work a few functions)

There are a bunch of NEC TV upgrades in the file section. Have you tried any of THEM?

What kind of TV is it? The more info you provide, the more likely you are to get useful assistance.

Lacking success with any of the above, it appears that your file uses NEC1 (or NEC2) protocol - either should work, but you should test to see if the Volume and Channel keys repeat properly after building the upgrade, and if they do not, select the other).

So in KM,
Choose a device type (TV is fine)
Choose a setup code (i.e. 0178)
select NEC1 protocol,
Device 4
no subdevice (leave blank)

On the functions page, assign the EFCs displayed in your file to the corresponding functions (you will have to add the "timer" function) and assign the functions to the buttons you want on the buttons worksheet, than back on the first worksheet copy the device upgrade data into IR, assign the setup code (i.e. TV/0178) to the desired device button in IR's General tab and upload to your remote.

Such a KM upgrade would give you the following device upgrade to paste into IR:
Code:
Upgrade Code 0 = 00 B2 (TV/0178) NEC CT-2020A (KM v9.04)
 5A 09 70 05 00 DF DF BF 3F AF FF 7F EF A7
End

..and the KLM upgrade is located HERE.

If you have future occasion to want to decode a CCF file, you should use DecodeCCF.exe and a currect copy of DecodeIR.dll rather than whatever obsolete stuff you used this time (I expect it was CCF2EFC.exe)
