I've never heard of the Radio Shack URC 6123B remote (and that isn't a typical RS part number either), but suffice to say we don't know if it's a JP1 remote and even if it is, it's not supported yet. So, any code info that we might provide won't be of any use to you.

You say that you've tried learning but not had any success, is that just with this one Citizen remote or is that with all your OEM remotes?

Are you sure that you're using the correct learning procedure...

If you can figure out how to learn the signals from the Citizen remote, and if you get yourself a JP1 cable, you should be able to use the learned signals to create a new upgrade for this TV.

Are you sure that you're not pressing the Citizen button too soon? While this won't matter for some protocols, for others (like NEC1) it will matter.

Make sure that you wait for a second or so after pressing the Kameleon button before you start pressing the Citizen button.

If you have a working learned signal, that should be enough for us to figure out what the protocol is, but you would need a JP1 cable to download the info for us to look at.
