I'm looking for a device code for the Avel LinkPlayer2 for a One For All Cinema 7.
I see there's a device code for a 15-1994. Can I use this for my Cinema 7?

Yes. If you have read the JP1 beginner's documents (see the link below in my sig), you will know how to open this upgrade in either Keymap Master or RemoteMaster, and then change the remote to YOUR remote.
You then probably have to personalize your button assignmnets, since the 1994 and C7 don't have the exact same button configurations.
