Re: LG 42PX4R Plasma TV 2005
Maybe for you, but not for us. The answer to question 4 is meant to be the model number of your JP1 remote (eg, URC-8910, etc) which would tell us if it's a learning remote, but I'm guessing from your answer to #10 that you do indeed have a learning remote, but that you are unable to determine what the learned data means. If all of my guesses are correct, please load your IR file into the Diagnosis Area (and post a link to it) and one of us will decode them for you.bux wrote:4. JP1 Remote model: Yes

That remote isn't a learning remote. Do you have a JP1 remote with learning? If not, please explain what method you used to determine that the signals where impossible to decode?

I remote has no function of learning.
I have tried to collect:

But I am not assured that it works correctly as I do not know what I I have TSOP17?? Or what another.
I experimented with "COM1" - "GetIr.xls" and with "LPT" - "CaptureIR" and "Girder".
With Girder I receive different results of the same buttons.
I think that my system works not correctly, I not the expert of radio.

Now that we've established that you don't have a learning remote, I decided to compare the codes that you posted with the 2 LG upgrade files in the file section, and they match.
I have just created a master file upgrade that combines the codes that you posted with those from the 2 upgrades, into the following upgrade...

The hex codes given in the manual are the OBCs represented in hex format, so 09 is OBC 9 and 0A is OBC 10, etc. When you enter these OBCs into KM (or RM) you will get different hex codes because those hex codes are designed to work with the UEI written executor for the NEC protocol.
