Ok export binary file to SABV folder then Im stuck...

Ok export binary file to SABV folder then Im stuck...

it says to save to that folder, S1554_JU.bin is the name of it...it says to edit
SABV.cfg file ? wheres that or is it the bin that i saved as S1554_JU?
Thanks! I just have a SBAV PK and SBAV PL?
