Not a 15-1994, it was a URC-8811!

I originally brought it along for the kids to use with the portable DVD player that I had set up in the van. Then, when one of my kids decided to bring his laptop, I threw in a JP1 cable too.
It turned out to be a good move having the remote available as all the supplied remotes were crap, so the 8811 kept moving from room to room! The other TVs were standard brands (ie, Philips and RCA) and they responded to standard setup codes, so I figured those were all pretty much covered already, but this one set was a Memorex, which I knew meant that it could be a re-badged anything, so I captured it to see what the codes where. I noticed that all of the OBCs were in the range 0-31 with just a couple of gaps, so I created an upgrade and tested the gaps, and the service menu code was one of the gaps. I took the pics of the menus in case anyone else with this set was too scared to try the first EFC code.
The ski hills didn't open until 12 noon, so we would always have lazy mornings lying around playing cards, etc which is dangerous time for an active JP1-er!
